1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Something Wow platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Something Wow is owned and operated by Something Wow (Pvt) Ltd, an initiative by BEW Collective.
2. Description of Service
Something Wow provides salon, spa, and clinic management software, including booking engines, staff scheduling planners, stock management systems, and automated notifications.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
All fees are billed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Yearly plans are billed in advance on an annual basis.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
