Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts to fully test our booking calendar, CRM logs, and notifications. No credit card is required to begin the trial.

2. Subscription Payments

Unless cancelled during the trial period, subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All subscription payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through the Settings tab inside the Admin Portal. Once cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.

4. SMS Balance Refunds

Purchased SMS reminder pack add-ons (if any) do not expire and are non-refundable.
